Double check your papers before calling us. Make sure everything is signed, stamped, etc.

Double check address info. Make sure it’s current and complete (i.e., apartment and/or suite numbers and Zip)

Provide both addresses at the residence and work  

Provide phone numbers whenever possible

Provide a physical description or photo if possile.

Provide vehicle description whenever possible, especially if you think they are avoiding service.

Though we serve your papers as quickly as possible, tell us about any statutes or other deadlines which must be met.

Let us know if service is expected and agreeable, or being avoided.

Provide us with an extra copy so that we can prepare a complete and accurate affidavit of service.

Call us as early as possible, especially if it’s a rush. Don’t wait until the papers are ready, the sooner we know, the sooner we can plan.

Use only  professional process servers to ensure that your papers are served correctl and with courtesy.
